How your wardrobe affects your self esteem

Have you ever stopped to think about the silent relationship you have with your wardrobe?

If you think about it your wardrobe is a place visit every single day. Every morning when you see it instantly speaks to you. As you look at that pair of jeans you haven’t worn in a few years, you’re subconsciously reminded of the extra kilo’s you’ve put on. You see a top that still has the tag attached to it and you are reminded of how you’ve wasted your hard earned money yet again.How does this make you feel?

So this is what I want you to do TODAY to break this cycle.

Get rid of the negative emotions:

  • Remove all the clothing that don’t fit you anymore.
  • Clothing with tags attached, work out how to wear them or move them on.
  • Clothing that you wore ten years ago that hold negative feelings, it’s time to move this out!
  • Now you should be able to see all your pieces and be left with garments that make you feel great.

Also by doing this you will see where the gaps are in your wardrobe and this is when you can go shopping.

Everyday is an opportunity to showcase your gorgeousness!
